摘要
In order to improve the biological activity and wear resistance of the surface of titanium alloy, the bioactive gradient ceramic coating was prepared on the surface of Ti6Al4V alloy by using laser cladding technology and ultrasonic vibration technology mixing with hydroxyapatite (HA) powder and Ti powder as cladding powder. The main process parameters were laser power 400 W, scanning speed 3 mm/s, spot diameter 2 mm, overlapping ratio 30 %, and ultrasonic frequency 29.5 kHz. The main material phases of the coatings were CaTiO3, CaO, Ca2P2O4, and HA, and the content of the bioactive material phase accounted for 76.4 wt.%, which was 8 wt.% higher than that of the bioactive material phase of the Ca/P bioactive ceramic coatings prepared without the use of the ultrasonic assisted process. Through the simulated body fluid (SBF) immersion experiments, the results show that the ultrasonic-assisted Ca/P ceramic coating can induce and deposit HA. The Ca/P ceramic coating has good biological activity. Through friction and wear experiments, the volume wear of the non-used and used ultrasonic-assisted Ca/P ceramic coatings decreased by 43.18% and 54.6% respectively compared with the Ti6Al4V substrate. The results show that the wear resistance of the ultrasonic-assisted Ca/P ceramic coatings has been significantly improved.
