FeCr18Six alloys with different Si contents (10 at.%,15 at.%,20 at.%,25 at.%) were prepared by arc furnace melting. The effects of Si content on the microstructure and corrosion resistance of FeCr18Six alloys were systematically studied by means of XRD and XPS. The results show that the four FeCr18Six alloys are all composed of Fe3Si single-phase structure, and the increase of Si content can refine the grains and increase the hardness of the alloys. The increase of Si content promotes the formation of SiO2 oxide film on the alloy surface under 10% HCl, effectively prevents the bidirectional diffusion of O2-/Cr3+ in the Cr2O3 oxide film, and solves the problem of corrosion pits on the surface of the alloy after corrosion. The corrosion resistance of FeCr18Six alloy soaked in 10%HCl for 168h is gradually enhanced with the increase of Si content, and the corrosion resistance of FeCr18Si25 alloy is 40 times that of 2Cr13 alloy.
